The purpose of this meeting is to give all people affected by Type 1 diabetes a chance to meet one another, share their wisdom with the newly diagnosed families, make new friends, and learn from one another.
Madison Area
Meetings will be held the fourth Tuesday of every month, Group Health Cooperative Building, 1265 John Q Hammons Drive, Madison WI, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
We will always try to have teens there to help keep an eye on kids should the parent not feel comfortable leaving their child with a babysitter yet. Living our Best Life – Learning from Each Other
Founded in 2011 by JDRF volunteers, our mission is to provide a network where
adults with T1 diabetes come together to both share personal experiences and to
gain information from experts about living our healthiest and best life with T1 diabetes.
Meet other adults with T1 and learn first hand how they manage life with diabetes.
Share tips and hear discussions on everything from training/exercising, healthy eating, pump therapy, A1C control and overall living life.
