Assemble a Family Basket for the Spring Gala

Creating a family basket is a wonderful way for everyone in the Western Wisconsin Chapter to participate in the Spring Gala.  Last year, these beautiful and creative baskets raised more than $5,000 for diabetes research.  Nothing is more touching than seeing what family and friends put together in honor of their loved ones living with type 1 diabetes.  If you would like to donate a family basket, please contact Anne Marie Paradisin, Family Basket Chair, at aparadisin@yahoo.com or 608-846-0744 and she can provide you additional information.Family BasketFamily Basket  Spring Gala Family Basket Information
