There’s a new support group on campus!
Students with diabetes at the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus have recently started up a student organization, “Badger Diabetics.”
The group of student supporters plan volunteer opportunities for diabetes research organizations as well as meet on campus as a support group. Badger Diabetics accepts members that are diabetic themselves, as well as individuals who are interested in helping out and supporting the diabetic community.
The organization’s next meeting is Tuesday March 5th, location TBD.
